7.4.2 Parameters to be set
Parameter Description
Lub. counter The number of lubrication cycles since the last reset. The counter can be reset.
Autol.ON/
ManualON Autom ON : The lubrication channel is in automatic lubrication mode as per the set
parameters.
ManualON : The lubrication channel is in manual mode.
In the manual mode, lubrication is controlled with the function buttons on the status
display:

stop pumping

transfer pumping to another line
The lubrication program will retain the pressure within the set high limit value in the
line being pumped. The oil lubrication system and progressive system have no
pressure monitoring. The set pressurisation time does not restrict the duration of
pumping.
The manual mode is exited automatically after 60 seconds or by re-starting the centre
or by setting the parameter

Lubrication cycle
A lubrication cycle is set as minutes or pulse amount, depending on whether the
parameter
Lub.cycle has been set as TIME or PULS .
Pressurisation
time Maximum pressurization time, set in seconds.
Pump selection

The text is only displayed when the doubled pumping centre is in use.
Pressure, Lo
Low limit pressure. The value cannot be set if the operation mode of the channel is
ProFlex or if pressure switches are in use in other modes

Pressure, Hi High limit pressure. The value cannot be set if the operation mode of the channel is
ProFlex or if pressure switches are in use in other modes

Number of pulses The pulse amount of the progressive distributor piston detector. The pumping stops
when the pulse amount has been reached. The value is only shown and can be set
when the operation mode of the channel is ProFlex
