Interlocking inputs
3
external signals
There is a separate relay input for each lubrication channel to switch on the interlocking. Activation of the interlock is pausing the
lubrication. T
he interval time counting is stopped when the lubrication phase is <Interval= the pause state remains as long as the
interlocking is activated.
The inputs can be controlled with a 24V signal or an external potential-free contact, depending on the connection.
The inputs can also be equipped with 115 VAC or 230 VAC relays, in which case inputs can be controlled with network voltage
(115 or 230 VAC signal voltage).
Check the correct interlocking connection from the electrical drawing delivered with the centre.
When using 24V interlocking inputs, the four jumper bridges on the CB-105 board (J3, J4, J5 and J6) have been connected to
position 1-2, (the bottom/lower position on the connector card CB-105 ver 1 and on the left side position on the connector card
CB-105ver 2 and ver 3).
With the 115 VAC and 230 VAC, the jumpers are in positions 2-3 (the top position on the connector card CB-105 ver 1 and on
the right side position on the connector card CB-105ver 2 and ver 3).

VERIFY INTERLOCKING RELAYS VOLTAGE RATINGS BEFORE CONNECTION!
When using the
115 VAC
or
230 VAC
interlocking inputs verify
that the relays K3 and K5 on the card CB-105 match the
interlocking input signal voltage. The rated voltage of the interlocking relays is marked on top of the relays with a sticker.
Ensure also that the jumpers J3-J6 are set correctly.
The channel 2 interlocking input can also be used as the air pressure switch input for the grease gun.
Warning output
The warning output is active (contact closed) when a warning is shown on the display:
Pump changed
Dualset
when the pumping centre is used. The Doser monitor alarm can be configured either tot the alarm output or the warning output.
Doubled pumping centre, Dualset
There may be 1 or 2 doubled pumping centres used only with MonoFlex or DuoFlex lubrication systems, depending on the
configuration. Doubled pump centre means that pumping centre has two barrels of lubricant where the another one of barrels is
secondary (Slave) barrel in case where the first (Master) barrel becomes empty the secondary (slave) barrel will be taken into
use automatically by the ST-1240-GRAPH control centre.
If the pump configuration is:
1 pumping centre, Dualset
, the channels share a doubled pump. The master pump is connected to
the master pump control output of channel 1 and the slave pump is connected to the master pump control output of channel 2.
If the pump configuration is:
2 pumping centres, Dualset
, both channels have their own
doubled pump.
The master pumps are
connected to the master pump control outputs of channels 1 and 2 and the slave pump is connected to the master pump control
output of channels 1 and 2. The use of the Doser monitors is not possible in this mode.
After the pumping centre has been doubled, the control centre automatically changes from the pump in use to the other pump
while the low level switch of the lubricant barrel operates. A warning and signal are given for the pump change. Lubrication
continues normally. When the low level switches on both grease barrels have operated and no automatic pump change is
possible, the lubrication functions are interrupted and a low level alarm is triggered. The changed pump is the primary pump
until its low level switch operates. The primary pump can also be selected manually.
