Air in the pump element
• Vent and fill according to Chapter 7, Initial commissioning
Pump element is clogged
• See "No delivery" malfunction
Driveshaft speed is too low
• Check electrical connections and voltage
• Remove foreign substances if agitator or pump element is jammed
• Permissible operating temperature range of -15°C not maintained
• Replace the defective motor
No delivery
Pump element is clogged
• Empty and clean lubricant reservoir
• Remove and clean pump element with ring piece
• Vent and fill according to Chapter 7, Initial commissioning
Woodruff key on the drive shaft is
defective
• Replace the woodruff key, vent the pump elements
as instructed in Chapter 7.1 - Initial commissioning
Motor stopped
• Check supply voltage, replace motor if necessary
Pump element is defective
• Replacing the pump element
• Vent and fill according to Chapter 7, Initial commissioning
Spring pressure, delivery piston
breaking loose
• Replace the pump element as instructed in Chapter 12
Guide ring for the pump element pis-
ton heads is worn or broken
• Replace the guide ring and vent the pump as instructed in Chapter 7 - Initial
commissioning
Grease too stiff
• Remove the incorrect grease, use greases meeting the approved specifications
