6.2.3 Assembly holes
-See Figure 7 and Fig. 8
The multiline pump units are installed
using 3 bolts (and washers). If M10 tapped
bores are used to fasten the unit, the screws
must have a minimum engaged length of
20mm.
It is secured using 3 M10 hexagon head
bolts of strength class 8.8.
Fastening material to be provided by the
customer:

Hexagon head bolts M10x20-8.8 (3x),
acc. to DIN EN ISO 4017
○
Washers (3x) acc. to
DIN EN ISO 7089-10-200HV
6.2.4 Assembly process

Drill assembly holes (M10) acc. to the as-
sembly drawings (Fig.
7/8
) and the condi-
tions on the surface.
• Clean surface to remove drilling chips.
• Place the pump unit on the surface and
roughly align it.
• Pass hexagon head bolts (3x) with asso-
ciated washers (3x) through fixing holes
on the pump base and apply the bolts to
the M10 threads of the surface.
• Gently tighten hexagon head bolts (3x).
• Align pump unit, tighten hexagon head
bolts with following torque:
Torque 50 Nv
