12: Maintenance and Upgrade Procedures

Mount the card in the carrier, as shown in Figure 12-4, so that the following
occurs:

– The card connectors protrude through the bulkhead where the metal filler
plate was located.

– The edge connectors fit between the bottom guides of the carrier.

– The top of the card fits under the clips on the guide bar.

d. Tighten the three screws on the guide bar. Then skip step 6 and proceed to

step 7.
