BELT REPLACEMENT AND TIGHTENING

ATTENTION: before performing this operation lower the tracer tower so that the tracer points

are not in a dangerous position for the operator.

Turn off the master switch and disconnect the power lead.

Loosen the 3 screws and remove the belt cover.



tightening

- increase tension on the belt by loosening the 4 screws (C1, C2, C3, C4) with the Allen wrench
provided and pushing the pulley back. Tighten the 4 screws.



replacement

- remove the belt and replace

Replace the belt cover and secure with the 3 screws.
