Bluetooth Communication
(1)
When the USB interface cable is connected to the printer, disconnect it from the printer.
(2)
Turn on the printer and pair with the host device.
At the factory shipment, the printer becomes pairing mode for 60 seconds by pushing the power
switch of the printer for 5 seconds or more. And then, WIRELESS LED blinks twice per one second.
During this process, pair with the host device.
The pairing is conducted by SSP (Simple Secure Pairing), however, PIN code is used when the host
device does not support SSP. The default value of PIN code is "0000".

Conduct Bluetooth connection with the host device.
After the Bluetooth connection is established, the WIRELESS LED lights.

Check the communication status from the host device.
(5)
Send data from the host device, and verify that the data is printed correctly.

The printer may affect medical or other electronic devices. Obtain information and data
concerning influence due to radio interference from the respective manufacturers or
dealers.

When using the printer in medical institutions, follow their guidelines.

DO NOT use the printer in any area or district where its use is prohibited.
HINT
•
The distance of communication is approx. 10 m. However, the distance may differ
depending on the radio interference and environment.
•
When send data from iPhone or iPad by Bluetooth communication, "Profile" should be set
to "iAP". When send data from Android or PC, "Profile" should be set to "SPP".
•
The default setting is "SPP".
•
For switching SPP / iAP, press the POWER Switch 5 times in 3 seconds when the power
is on.
