13.2 Maintenance
This product was constructed for low-maintenance operation. When performing maintenance
on the HGW 1033-3, also include its base station as well as well the system-expanding com-
ponents.
13.2.1
Calibrating the Touch Screen
The touch screen is calibrated at the factory. You should therefore only recalibrate the touch
screen when press-point changes are noticed.
This can be achieved via the
cli command “caliib” or the application, if the application engineer
has provided the option.

13.3 Repair
When sent for repair, the panel should be transported in the original packag-
ing when possible. Otherwise, packaging should be selected that sufficiently
protects the product from external mechanical influences. Such as cardboard
filled with air cushioning.
WARNING
Before shipping the HGW, it must be set to the so-
called “transport mode”.
See chapter 8 for more information.
