6. Disconnect the power supply from the following terminals:
– CE version: L1, N and PE from terminals

7. Remove the following ground cables of the power supply:
– Grounding cable in the box

– Grounding cable at the inner side of the door
8. Withdraw the LAN cable from the LAN connection

9. Release the 4 nuts

. Secure the mounting plate

so that it cannot topple over. Carefully
ensure that the grub screws do not become loose. If you loosen the grub screws, retighten
them and then release the nuts.
10.Remove the mounting plate

from the box.
11.Release the cable glands

at the lower side of the box.
12.Carefully withdraw all of the cables downward out of the box so that they hang freely.
13.Hold or support the box so that it cannot fall. Release the 4 Allen screws

Carefully ensure that all of the cables can freely move in the cable glands in the rear panel of
the box.
14.Remove the sensor box.
The sensor cables hang freely from the motor enclosure. If necessary, you can now remove
the console (only HV-compact) as well as the thermo plate from the motor.
Note
When mounting the replacement part, carefully observe the tightening torques as listed in the
table below. The tightening torques for the Allen screws

are specified in the motor
documentation.
Proceed as follows to mount the replacement part:
1. Lift the sensor box to the mounting fixture at the motor. Hold or support the box so that it
cannot fall.
2. Route the sensor cable through the corresponding glands located in the rear panel of the box.
3. Using the 4 Allen screws

, screw the sensor box to the mounting fixture at the motor. The
tightening torques for the Allen screws are specified in the motor documentation.
4. Carefully route the freely hanging cables into the box from below.
5. Guide the component mounting plate

into the box.
6. Fasten the component mounting plate

using the 4 nuts

7. Connect the LAN cable to connect to the IPC to the LAN connection

8. Connect the power supply grounding cables to the following terminals:
– Terminal for the grounding cable in the box

– Terminal for the grounding cable at the inner side of the door
