Resets the counter to 0 or the Initial value on a positive

With the setting "True" the counter is continuously reset
and the output remains permanently set to 0.
With the setting "Input unused" or "False", the count is
not reset. If there is overflow (4294967295) the counter
starts again at zero or at the initial value.

If this option is enabled, the count value is saved in the
retentive memory. The last value therefore continues to

start of the module takes place.
