FTP
In this tab you make the settings for the transfer (PUT function) of files to an FTP server.
The function is made possible by the program block "FTP file transfer".
In "Operating mode > Logging" you can still configure the transfer of the previous log file
when a new log file is created.
The following data must be configured:

Active
If the option is activated, the RTU can use the FTP service.
●
FTP server name
Name of the FTP server. You will receive the data from your service provider.
●
Port number
Port number of the FTP server. You will receive the data from your service provider.
●
Interface
Interface for FTP file transfer

Connection security
Here, select from the following options:

TLS
With this setting only files encrypted with TLS are transferred.
To use TLS a certificate is required.
With TLS the FTP client uses control port 21. The data port is negotiated with the
server.

No encryption
With this setting the files are transferred unencrypted.

User name
User name required by the FTP server. You will receive the data from your service
provider.
●
Password
Password required by the FTP server. You will receive the data from your service
provider.
