Getting to Know Your OpenStage Phone

Callbacks

You can request a callback if the internal station called is busy or if nobody 
answers. This also applies for external calls via ISDN exchanges. This fea-
ture saves you from having to make repeated attempts to reach the user.

 

You receive a callback

When the other party is no longer busy

When the user who did not answer has conducted another call.

In idle mode, the display shows the symbol and the number of new call-
back requests, and the mailbox LED key lights up.

Callback requests are saved in the mailbox.
