Battery circuit and power conversion unit

 

Exchange of booster assembly D301

•

Remove power conversion unit (see section: "Pull out power conversion unit, M10" on 
Page 7 - 1). 

•

Disconnect P32/ P12/ P22/ P21.

•

Disconnect K302 on D301 (pos. 1 / Fig. 11).

•

Remove the four nuts (pos. 2 / Fig. 11).

•

Replace booster assembly.

Replacement of batteries B10

•

Check the terminal voltage of the new batteries with a digital multimeter. The terminal 
voltage should be at least 12.42 V.

•

Remove the cover with the cassette compartment and the warning sign.

•

Remove the two screws (pos. 1 / Fig. 12) from the battery bank you want to replace.

•

Pull out the rail with the batteries and open the fastening strap.

•

Replace the batteries.

•

After remounting the covers, fully charge the batteries.

For proper functioning, we recommend to replace all four battery 
banks at the same time. 

Use Sonnenschein batteries, A512/10 S.

Incorrect treatment could decrease performance and battery life.

The new batteries must be fully charged before use.
