RS-232 (serial port)
Standard serial port, for example, for reading out machine data or for
synchronization with the host computer.

An additional 5 V/200 mA power supply can be enabled on pin 9 of the RS-232
port. As default, this is “disabled”.

IR Port
Infrared port for bi-directional exchange of data between stations with an IR
port, for example notebooks, PCs and the MOBIC. An infrared port is used for
communication with devices complying with the IR standard.

Headset
Allows the connection of a headset with a microphone to the MOBIC.
