Return delivery
9.3.1
General information
The gas analyzer or replacement parts should be returned in their original packaging. If the
original packaging is no longer available, enclose the device in plastic foil and pack it in
shock-absorbing material in a sufficiently large box. Suitable material would be, for example,
wood wool or foam rubber. If you use wood wool, the stuffed layer on each side must be at
least 15 cm thick.
Note
Protect parts which project from the housing, e.g. connection nozzles and pipes, especially
well!
For overseas shipping, shrinkwrap the devices in an additional PE foil which is at least 0.2
mm thick, with a desiccant (e.g. silica gel) enclosed! For this type of shipping, also line the
inside of the transport container with a double layer of tar paper.
As an accompanying document with returns, please photocopy the "Return delivery form"
and fill it out.
Enclose the return form with your warranty card if this is a warranty case.
