
Flow direction = forward
The output signal switches when the flow switches to reverse flow.
Example 2:
Hysteresis = 1 %
Digital output 1 = flow direction
Flow direction = forward
The output signal switches when the flow is -1 % of full scale value and switches back when the
flow is +1 % of full scale value.
If the output is set to pulse/frequency output, the output will be in an inactive state while the
flow is within the hysteresis range.
The function of the digital output 1 is set in menu 4.2.1, and the operating principle (output
signal type) is set in menu 4.2.2.

Note
The low flow cut-off suppression has no influence on the signaling of the flow direction.
Low Flow Cut (menu 3.1.6)
The residual flow is an absolute value in flow units and is not automatically converted when the
scaling changes.
