"KeyHook" prevents the improper activation of two function keys simultaneously. This
applies to the keyboard on control units with key panels:

Applies to Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP:
The function keys <F13> to <F20> and <S1> to <S12> send key combinations. For
example, pressing the key <F13> represents the key combination <Shift+F1> and
releasing it the key combination <Shift+F1>. For certain software products, e.g. SIMATIC
WinCC, another sequence of key combinations is required. Using the "KeyHook," the key
combination <Shift+F1> is changed to <F1+Shift> by releasing.
