A wiring fault has been
identified at the OSSDs.
E.g. overvoltage, short-
circuit, cross-circuit, per‐
missible load capacity
exceeded.
b
Check the system wiring for a
fault. Make sure that the OSSDs
have been wired correctly,
"Integration in the electrical con‐
trol system", page 35
.
b
Switch the voltage supply off and
back on again.
b
If the fault continues to persist,
replace the defective compo‐
nents,
.

EDM warning (only if the
external device monitor‐
ing function is active):
The OSSDs have con‐
stantly been in the OFF
status since the protec‐
tive device was switched
on and no signal is
present at the EDM
input.
Normally, this message is displayed
only briefly after switching on and
goes out as soon as the voltage sup‐
ply for the auxiliary contacts is estab‐
lished at the contactors. If the mes‐
sage is displayed for longer:
b
Check the contactors.
b
Check the wiring of the contac‐
tors.
b
Switch the voltage supply off and
back on again.
