Cleaning fuel chamber and heat exchanger areas of boiler
Do cleaning twice a year together with "Ash disposal and cleaning of combustion chamber".
•
Scrape fuel chamber side panels
Scrape the vertical surfaces in the fuel chamber with the stoking
tool.
If these areas are heavily tarred and can only be cleaned with
difficulty, then run the boiler for several hours in pellet
operation. After that the surfaces can be cleaned much easier.
•
Cleaning of fuel chamber air ducts
Clean air intake ducts and smoke gas suction canal above fuel chamber with the angles brush. Insert
brush all the way to the stop.
•
Cleaning of secondary air canal (only at TDA 30/40)
After removing the secondray air canal, you also vacuum troughly the intake air opening from the
boiler inside too.
