DID YOU FILL LOGS? YES(+) NO(-)
This is a request – please answer!
It is displayed if "Pellet/Logs operation" is preselected in menu frame "Fuel selection" and both burners
are in standstill once the door has been closed after it was opened for more than 10s.
Push the appropriate button with the text "YES" or "NO".
If "Yes" has been selected, the log start follows immediately after ignition in pellets start (thus, the
detection duration and the corresponding smoke phase is shortened by several minutes).

ERROR 10
„Power cut!“
Triggered after switching on the supply voltage to register the power cut in the report memory
(required for potential error analysis).
WHAT TO DO? Nothing.
ERROR 11
currently not available!
ERROR 12
"STL triggered- Overheated ?"
Displayed if boiler temperature exceeds 95°C. This can occur if e.g. power is cut during log operation.
The cause can also be a defective pump or heating water circulation errors due to bad ventilation of the
heating installation.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete ERROR report (see point 8). Let the boiler cool down to approx. 85°C, push the STL button (see
boiler manual) subsequently until a distinct "Click" can be heared.
ERROR 13

ERROR 14
"Insertiontemp. during feeding too high,CHECK DEPESSUR.FLAP!"
This ERROR report displays a possible technical failure at the boiler or installation only qualified
personal can fix.
Displayed if the temperature at insertion probe has increased by 8°C since the start. This report will be
deleted after 1 minute delay time each two times; at the 3rd time, the burner switch is set to "OFF" and
the report stays on display to alert the user.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report (see point 8). As the report text implies that "Depessur.Flap" should be checked – it
should open during insertion.
ERROR 15
"Primaryflap signal DISTURBED !“
This ERROR report displays a technical failure of the boiler only qualified personal can fix!
Displayed if the primary airflap servo position signal (right bottom of boiler) exceeds the normal range
(bigger than 5000 ohm).
The defect can lie with the servo itself (e.g. dust infiltrations) or also with cables, terminals, or plugs as
well as with the boiler electronics.
WHAT TO DO? Delete report (see point 8). If displayed repeatedly, please contact your customer
service.
ERROR 16
„Secondaryflap signal DISTURBED!"
This ERROR report displays a technical failure of the boiler only qualified personal can fix!
Displayed if the secondary primary airflap servo position signal (right bottom of boiler) exceeds the
normal range (bigger than 5000 ohm).
The defect can lie with the servo itself (e.g. dust infiltrations) or also with cables, terminals, or plugs as
well as with the boiler electronics.
WHAT TO DO? Delete report (see point 8). If displayed repeatedly, please contact your customer
