AON INPUTS:
-
I1 inputs : run order
This input must be present (= 1) to allow declogging (except for manual or forced operation).
-
I2 inputs : compressed air control A/C
This input must be present (= 1) to allow declogging (if compressed air control by A / C input).
-
I3 inputs : accelerated running T2A
If this input is present (= 1): time T2 is replaced by time T2A
-
I4 inputs : forced running
If this input appears (change from 0 to 1): a complete declogging cycle is performed independently of the
input I1, the measurement of the pressure load loss dP, the input I2, the measurement of the compressed
air A/C.
Note: If the sequencer was stopped, the current cycle is finished and a complete cycle is performed.
If the input remains at 1, a new cycle is performed, etc.
RELAY OUTPUTS:
-
Relay K1 : default/alarms report
The relay is energized if there is no fault or alarm (contact between the terminals identified OUT1 and NO1)
The relay is not energized if there is a fault, an alarm or if the device is switched off (contact between the
terminals identified OUT1 and NC1):
- Electrical fault
- Compressed air fault
- CDM fault
- link extension box fault
- High alarm dP
- Low alarm dP
-
Relay K2 : declogging running report
The relay is energized if the sequencer is in declogging cycle and not stopped in cycle (contact between
the terminals identified OUT2 and NO2).
The relay is not energized otherwise (contact between the terminals identified OUT2 and NC2).
-
Relay K3 : high alarm dP
The relay is energized if there is no high alarm dP (contact between the terminals identified OUT3 and
NO3).
The relay is not energized if there is a high alarm dP or if the device is switched off (contact between
the terminals identified OUT3 and NC3)
-
Relay K4 : run order report
The relay is energized if the input I1 is present (= 1) (contact between the terminals identified OUT4 and
NO4)
The relay is not energized otherwise (contact between the terminals identified OUT4 and NC4).
