FAULTS :
The indication of faults is made on the main page
If several faults are present, they are stacked and displayed in order of increasing solenoid valves.
The manual reset of the displayed fault causes the display of the possible next one.
Electrical fault control :
When an SV is activated, the device checks the electrical consumed current. If there is no consumption, an
electrical SV fault is generated (for example: SV not or badly connected, SV coil out of order ...).
If an electrical consumption is noted while no SV should be activated, a short-circuit electrical fault is generated (eg
card failure ...).
Electrical faults are automatically reset if the problem disappears.
Indication of:
"ELECTRIC FLT.SC" if short circuit electrical fault
"ELECTRIC FLT.Svx" if electrical fault on SV with x = SV number.
If it is an installation with extension boxes, short circuit electrical faults are identified by:
"ELEC.FLT.SC(Main)" If short circuit electrical fault on main box
"ELEC.FLT.SC(Ext.x)" if short circuit electrical fault on extension box with x = extension box number.
Compressed air faults:
See compressed air A/C parameters page
Indication of:
"A/C FAULT" if general compressed air A/C fault
"
NO CONS.A/C Svx FLT.” if no consumption compressed air A/C fault with x = SV number.
"
INFLAT.A/C Svx FLT.” if reinflation compressed air A/C fault with x = SV number.
CDM faults:
Indication of:
"CDM LINK FLT." if communication fault with the CDM
"CDM CONFIG. FLT." if CDM configuration fault (see CDM instructions)
Link fault with SV extension box:
Indication of:
"LINK FLT. Ext.x" if communication fault with a SV extension box with x = number of the extension box.
Maintenance:
Indication of:
"MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" for information that the maintenance must be carried out (see sequencer
informations page).
