RUNNING OF THE SEQUENCER:
Conditions to start the declogging :
-running order input =1 (input is closed)
-running order dP present (if the cycle is enslaved to the loss load measure dP).
-input A/C=1 (input is closed)
If the A/C input is lost, the cycle stops on the on-going SV, whatever the chosen stop mode, and waits that this
SV is closed to start again the cycle where it stopped.
If the declogging is enslaved to the load loss value, the sequencer stops immediately or finishes the running
cycle according to the chosen stop mode , as long as the load loss value underpasses the mini dP threshold,
which is adjusted in the menu « pressure switch parameters ».
If fan stop is detected by the running order input:
- if the running order input is lost, the fan stop is noted : the sequencer executes the defined number of
cycles and stops. If the defined number of cycles is adjusted at 0: the sequencer stops immediately or
finishes the ongoing cycle, according to the chosen mode.
If fan stop is detected by load loss measure dP :
- If running order input is off (I1=0), the sequencer stops immediately or finishes the ongoing cycle,
according to the chosen mode.
- If fan stop is noted: the sequencer executes the defined number of cycles and stops. If the defined
number of cycles is adjusted at 0: the sequencer stops immediately or finishes the ongoing cycle,
according to the chosen mode.
Whatever the state of the running order input and the presence a/c input, if the system detects ( even very
briefly) a request of forced running via the forced running input (input closed), the system finishes the ongoing
cycle and runs at least one full cycle.
If the forced running input is still present (contact is closed), the system runs a full cycle.
In order to accelerate the declogging of the filter, the rest time between 2 declogging SVs impulses (T2) can be
decreased (T2A) (see page « sequencer parameters menu 2/2 ») .
There are 2 possibilities to allow an accelerated declogging :
o
If the request is active, via input T2A (contact closed)
o
If the load loss dP value is higher than the dP T2A threshold (see page « pressure switch
parameters»)
Note: when device is turned on, a temporization of 10 seconds prohibits any declogging.
