b) If the SKA-PAK AT has been retro-fitted to an existing SKA-PAK

harness, verify that the cylinder and valve assembly is properly

fitted to the harness. Inspect the cylinder clamps. Both clamps

must be tight and hold the cylinder to the harness securely.

Tighten as necessary. See FIGURE 6B.
