10. Return the automatic rinsing kit to the original status.
Purge the Pump Manually
Prerequisite Procedures
• Turn Off the System
If purging with autopurge is not sufficient or if there is no liquid in the suction tubing, then purge manually with
a syringe.
1. Put the suction tubing to be purged in a reservoir bottle to which a mobile phase has been added, and then
install the bottle in the reservoir tray.
2. Insert the syringe with needle (B) in the mobile phase drain tube (A) marked with "P" (a).
