CAUTION
Heavy loads!
Depending on the size, a pumping piston
weighs over 25 kg.
Use tools for installing and removing (e.g. a
belt), and have another person help you.
Instruct the assistant. Only switch on the
motor again when the assistant has left the
machine.
REMOVAL
- Bring piston until just before the rear final
position. The distance piece (Fig. 1) must be
fully visible in the water box.
- Loosen and unscrew fastening screws of the
distance piece.
While doing so, hold distance piece on the
continuous hexagon (Fig. 2).
- Bring piston rod into the rear final position.
- Remove distance piece (Fig. 3).
