This parameter can be used to set the AC motor drive in start accelerated when make a soft start, the curve can 
be in different degrees as settings vary from1 to 100. To start a slow accel/decel, the curve in different speed rate 
shall be provided by the AC motor drive according to the orientated Accle/decel time.
