From the extraction point of view, this procedure offers a significant advantage: the chips fly in
the direction of the extraction port. This improves the extraction effect.
Note: The effectiveness of chip collection depends on a variety of factors, such as bit speed, chip
depth, feed rate, material, extraction efficiency and more.
When machining, try to vary these factors so that you get a good extraction result. However, bear
in mind that there will always be a proportion of the chips produced that cannot be captured.

The board is fixed to the worktable in such a way that it does not rest directly on the work table.
The board edge is trimmed step by step.
The router machines the complete board thickness.
During machining, the X-axis is clamped.
Machining is always carried out from the back to the front on the left-hand board edge (conven-
tional milling).
Trimming of the transverse edges (workpiece length) is carried out analogously via a 2nd clamp-
ing of the workpiece.
