Move the frame with the cross rails
backwards until the beams touch the
end of the longitudinal rails. Now fix
both longitudinal rails at the back as well
(3. /4.).
Expert tip:
In order to optimise the play in the
guides, the clamping of the beams or the
fixation on the working plate can be
loosened slightly and the longitudinal /
cross rails can be pushed slightly inwards
or outwards. Then fix them again. Fi-
nally, make sure that the guides slide
well.
Result: Once all the clamps have been loosened, the mounting frame can be moved easily to
the left and right (X-axis) and forwards and backwards (Y-axis).
4. Step:
Mounting the dust and chip brushes (Art. No. SA-SM-BRUSH-KIT)

Insert the brushes between the mount-
ing frame and the pre-assembled base
plate and clamp the brushes with the
hexagon socket screws.
Result: The mounting frame is prepared for inserting the router.
