To send the note to others, press and select Share via .
•
To export the note, press and select Export . Your note will
be exported as an image file or a PDF file to My Files ➔ storage
➔ sdcard0 ➔ S Note Export.

To save the note as an event, press and select Create
event . This feature may be unavailable depending on the selected
template.
•
To add a shortcut of the note to the home screen, press and
select Set as shortcut .
•
To print a note using a Wi-Fi or USB connection, press and select
Print . Your device is only compatible with some Samsung printers.
Edit notes
1. From the Home screen, tap ➔ S Note .
2. Select a note.
• To add or change the note cover, tap and hold a note and
select Edit cover.
3. Select or tap the screen to switch to the Edit mode.
4. Edit the note using the icons on the screen.
• To change the background image of the note, press and
select Change background .
• To delete the note, press and select Delete .
• To add a tag, press and select Add tag .
5. Select Save .
Synchronize notes
You can synchronize your notes with Google Docs or
Evernote.
1. From the Home screen, tap ➔ S Note .
2. Press and select Sync ➔ Google Docs or
Evernote .
3. Select notes to sync ➔ Sync .
To synchronize all notes, select Sync all .
4. Enter your email address and password, then select
Login .
5. Select Sync now .
Manage notes with folders
Create a folder
1. From the Home screen, tap ➔ S Note .
2. Press and select Create folder .
3. Enter a name and select OK.
4. Select the new folder.
