Performances
Excellent spray quality:Vortex technology .
Ergonomics studied for a better grip (Improved grip and trigger design)
Very low trigger force: magnetic assistance
Reduced weight
Easy to clean: body design with smooth and polished walls + materials
used + use of anti-drip membrane in the cup to protect the lid during
spraying.
Possibility to spray viscous products up to 3000 CP with the GSP version
and with a product pressure of 1 bar.

Principle of operation
The FPro G is a pneumatic spray gun. A tool that ensures the projection
and spraying of paint (or other liquid products: glue) only thanks to a
compressed air supply in more or less large quantities, and under a
pressure between 1 and 6 bars.
The product is gravity fed from the cup (rigid or disposable). In the GSP
version, the product is fed by putting the cup under pressure (0 to 1 bar)
in order to allow the spraying of more viscous product.
The gun includes:
-
A paint supply tank,
-
A pipe bringing the paint to the head of the gun,
-
A pipe for pressurized air
-
A spray head for droplet formation
Several adjustments are available onto the gun in order to optimize the
spraying process:
-
Adjustment of the general air flow rate
-
Adjusting the fluid flow rate :
•
Product needle stroke.
•
Nozzle size installed.
-
Adjusting the spray width.
