Paint no longer comes out of
the gun
•
Nozzle partially or completely
clogged
•
Disassemble and clean the
nozzle with solvent and a
smooth brush
•
Check the condition of the
seal.
•
The spray narrows at pump
reversals.
•
Viscosity too high.
•
Dilute the paint.
•
The head frequently gets dirty
•
Too much air.
•
Reduce air pressure.
•
The paint comes out through
the air holes in the head.
•
Defective nozzle seal.
•
Replace it.
•
Insufficiently tight nozzle
•
Tighten it.
•
Product leakage at the trim
level
•
Worn seal.
•
Tighten the liner press
without blocking the
needle.
•
If the leak is still present,
replace the seal and
needle.
•
Product leakage at the front of
the gun, trigger released

Impurities in the product
