Initial use
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
Dry the cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.
For cleaning, see page 66 section 12.

Getting ready for use
Close drain tap - turn lever up and engage safety
catch.
Close
Open
Remove frying basket and insertable sieve from
the bowl.
Turning the heating element
Hook handle onto the heating element and raise
the heating element.
Insert the heating element support the right way
round - place higher support at the front.
Swivel heating element in.
Place insertable sieve on the heating element.
Automatic basket lift option:
Slot the basket holder onto the basket lift.
