3) Start the engine after the engine check lamp lights up and goes out.
4) Turning the key to the START position makes the
engine start. Release the key the moment the engine
has started. The key will automatically return to
position.
CAUTION
• Do not allow the Starter switch key to stay in the START position for more than
15 seconds.
• When the engine fails to start, or you want to restart the engine immediately
after turning it off, wait around 30 seconds before restarting it.
• If the engine does not start, allow an interval before trying again.
• Check that the warning lamps on the monitor display go off immediately after
the engine is started. If any of these warning lamps stay on while the engine is
running, shut down the machine, determine the cause and rectify the fault.
