Disconnection of booster cables
1) Disconnect the negative booster cable

from the
engine block earth.
2) Disconnect the negative booster cable
Ⓑ
from the
booster supply.
3) Disconnect the positive booster cable
Ⓐ
from the
booster supply.
4) Disconnect the positive booster cable
Ⓐ
from the
machine.
WARNING
• Do not allow the positive ⊕ terminal to make
contact with the negative ⊖ terminal when
connecting the booster cables.
• Wear safety goggles when jump-starting the
engine.
• Do not allow the machine to make careless
contact with the booster supply.
• Do not make wrong connections. Connect
the negative ⊖ cable to the engine block
earth far away from the battery, as sparks
may occur when connecting.
CAUTION
• Use booster cables and end clips of proper size suited to the battery capacity.
• Use the batteries of the equal capacity for the machine and booster supply.
• Check booster cables and end clips for signs of damage and corrosion.
• Securely connect the clips.
• The power-supply voltage of this machine is 12V.
