* The reduced XON/XOFF mode is a save, non locking, XON/XOFF mode with the
PCD7.D23x always responding. If using XON/XOFF, it is recommended to use this re-
duced mode, especially if you notice that after some time of use you have to switch the
power off and on again to get the PCD7.D23x responding again. In this mode, the traffic
from the PCD to the PCD7.D23x is supervised by flow control, in the other direction, from
the PCD7.D23x to the PCD, there is no flow control
