Error search and trouble shooting
This chapter describes possible potential malfunction, their causes and how to
repair.
Prior to any maintenance and repair work, the filter has to be de-energized and
safeguarded against unintentional reenergizing!
The zero potential is to be determined! Neighbouring energized parts are to be
covered or provided with gates!

Stroke time isn't correctly

Set time T3 in the control system
in accordance with the manual.
Do not confound T3 with the running time of the cylinder!
T3 is the time in which the cylinder has to reach his end position. If the pneu-
matic piston does not reach its end position (LS1, LS2) within the prescribed
time T3, there is an error signal displayed!

air pressure effects changing of the
running time of the cylinder. On the
other hand the counterpoise within the
lower filter region cannot be overcome.
A larger cylinder is necessary to coun-
teract an undervalued air pressure.
Possibly the flow rate is overvalued.
