Recycling and disposal
Every ROTWILD authorised dealer will accept
bikes, unopened and undamaged drive batteries
and chargers and will dispose of them in
accordance with regulations.
The drive battery and the charger will not be
dismantled before disposal.
CAUTION
Never try to open the drive battery.
Any residual
voltage can cause fire and injuries. Sharp-edged
pieces of the battery and internal components
can cause cuts and short circuits.

The ROTWILD e-MTB, the drive battery and the
charger are recyclable and must not be disposed
of with household waste.
You can dispose of recyclable materials at your
local recycling centre.
Before disposal, you must remove the batteries
from electrical devices and take them to your
local recycling centre or your ROTWILD authorised
dealer.

authority.
You must follow the legal regulations on
disposing of waste products.
Packaging material
The packaging material (mainly cardboard and
plastic film) must be sorted and disposed of in
accordance with regulations.
To prevent any problems occurring, individual
components of a ROTWILD e-MTB that is no
longer in use must be stored in a dry, frost-free
location where they are not exposed to direct
sunlight.
