Elements of the rear panel
1 REMOTE
REMOTE Remote control port. This connection is used to en-
able remote control of measurement path "L1" or "N"
and the "150 kHz HP" integral filter. (For more infor-
mation See also chapter 5 "Remote control")
2 Mains connection
Mains connection cable The mains connection cable is primarily used to
supply power to the equipment under test.
When voltages under about 100 VAC are con-
nected, and for all d.c. voltages, the auxiliary voltage
for the ENV control circuit must be supplied exter-
nally by the plug-in power supply included with the
device.
Caution!
The instructions in chapter 3 "Preparation" must be
followed at all times.

Put unit into operation in the following order:
1. connect artificial mains network to protective earth
using additional connector
2. Insert power connector in socket of supplying network
Put unit out of operation in the following order:
1. Disconnect artificial mains network from supplying network
2. Disconnect additional protective earthing
Inbetriebnahme in folgender Reihenfolge:
1. Netznachbildung mit zusätzlichem Schutzleiter verbinden
2. Netzstecker mit dem zu speisenden Netz verbinden
Außerbetriebnahme:
1. Netznachbildung vom speisenden Netz trennen
2. zusätzliche Schutzleiterverbindung trennen
