3.6 Installation for Universal Robots
3.6.1 Communication
The 3-Finger Adaptive Robot Gripper uses the Modbus TCP communication protocol to communicate with the Universal Robots controller.

If intended to be installed on Universal Robots, the 3-Finger Adaptive Robot Gripper must be ordered with the Modbus TCP communication
protocol.
3.6.2 Configuring the IP address of the Gripper
Use the Robotiq User Interface to configure the IP address and subnet mask in the
Modbus TCP
