5. Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure test point on the
gas valves;
6. Turn on the gas supply and plug the boiler;
ATTENTION
: make sure that nobody uses the hot
water during these tests.
7. Press the button ( ) on the remote control and set the max
hot water temperature; fully open all taps of hot water;
8. Set the SW2 dip switches (right block) forcing the boiler at min
combustion rate;
NOTE
: a specific procedure must be followed to make the modifications effective (refer
to “Dip switch setting” paragraph).
9. Check the min gas pressure (and adjust it) according to the
parameters reported into “Combustion parameter” paragraph,
using the screw at the bottom of the gas valves (to reach the
screw it is necessary to remove the rubber cap at the bottom of
the casing): refer to the DHW parameters. When the pressure
value is modified remember to seal the screw in the new position;
10. Set the SW2 dip switches (right block) forcing the boiler at max
combustion rate;
11. Check the max gas pressure (and adjust it) according to the
parameters reported into “Combustion parameter” paragraph,
using the potentiometer on the PCB: refer to the DHW parameters.
When the pressure value is modified remember to seal the screw
in the new position.
12. Close all hot water taps, turn off the gas supply and unplug the
boiler;
13. Disconnect the pressure gauge from the pressure test point on
the gas valves and replace the screw;
14. Turn on the gas supply and plug the boiler; switch the boiler on
and check for any leakage of gas;
15. Install the siphon and the front panel.
