If Delta, Delta Pair, or Span Pair is selected, the center frequency will be set
to the frequency at which the Delta Marker is located.
The function is invalid in Zero span mode.

Mkr->Step
Sets the center frequency step of the analyzer based on the frequency of the current
marker.
If Normal is selected, the center frequency step will be set to the frequency of
current marker.
If Delta, Delta Pair or Span Pair is selected, the center frequency step will be
