Seeking Guidance About Functions (Guidance)   

Touch the Guidance key when you need detailed information about func-
tions and operation.

You cannot see the guidance display while the copier is in the following condi-
tions:

•

 While copying

•

 While the Program indicator is lit

•

 While a copy job is interrupting another

•

 While preset copying

If the copier indicates the guidance display for 1 minute, the operation display will
appear automatically. You can change this time using the user tools. (The avail-
able settings are 1 minute or 3 minutes.
