SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SETTINGS 

Some features can be adjusted by your service representative to suit your
needs. This section gives a brief description of these features. For more
information, contact your service representative.

User tools access number 

Your service representative can set the user tools access number. You can
access user tools and turn on the copier when it has been turned off by the
weekly timer using this number.

Service telephone number set 

Your service representative can set the copier to display a service tele-
phone number on the display when error message appears in the display.

A3/11" x 17" double count 

By default, the copier counts each A3/11" x 17" sheet as two copies in total
copies mode. Your service representative can cancel this setting.

Your service representative can delete all the program settings and reduce
the number of copy job programs that can be stored.
