Make sure that the originals are
on the original separator.

When you press the Start key, the
original separator (a green feeler)
clamps down on the stack of origi-
nals automatically. The copied origi-
nals are fed out on the original sepa-
rator. The copier distinguishes be-
tween the copied originals and the
originals that have not yet been cop-
ied by detecting the original separa-
tor’s position.

cover.
