9. Distorted Copy Image
Problem Cause
The copied image is a
parallelogram shape The 1st scanner and 2nd scanner are not parallel.
* This problem may occur if the scanner lock plate is not mounted
when transporting the copier.
Action Remarks
1. Check whether the scanners are parallel.
2. Copy case (1) - Raise the front side of the 1st scanner.
Copy case (2) - Lower the front side of the 1st scanner.
