ƒ The count for B/W pages is done after the document is stored on the HDD. If the job is
cancelled before it is stored, the pages are not counted.
ƒ If Scan- to -Email is used to send a 10-page document to 5 addresses, the count is 10 (the
pages are sent to the same SMTP server to gether).
ƒ If Scan- to -PC is used to send a 10-page document to 5 folders, the count is 50 (the
document is sent to each destination of the SMB/FTP server).
ƒ Due to restrictions on some devices, if Scan- to -Email is used to send a 10-page document
to a large number of destinations, the count may be divided and counted separately. For
example, if a 10-page document is sent to 200 addresses, the count is 10 for the first 100
destinations and the count is also 10 for the second 100 destinations, for a total of 20.).

on a PC (Scan- to -PC) with the Scan and LS applications.

document server. The counter for the application that
was used to store the pages is incremented.
