6 PnP Model Name
This SP sets the model name to be used by the USB PnP when "Function
Enable (Level 2) is set so the USB Serial No. can have a common name
(SP5844-5).
Default: Laser Printer (up to 20 characters allowed).
7 PnP Serial Number
This SP sets the serial number to be used by the USB PnP when "Function
Enable (Level 2) is set so the USB Serial No. can have a common name
(SP5844-5).
Default: None (up to 12 characters allowed for entry).
ƒ Make sure that this entry is the same as the serial number in use.
ƒ At initialization the serial number generated from the model name is used,
not the setting of this SP code.
ƒ
At times other than initialization, the value set for this SP code is used.
100 Notify Unsupport
This SP determines whether an alert message appears on the control panel
when a a USB device (unsupported device) that cannot use an A-connector is
connected.

An unsupported device is a device that cannot use the functions of the USB
device. For example, a USB mouse cannot be used even if it connected.
ƒ If the PictBridge option is not mounted, even if a digital camera is connected
it cannot be used because it is an unsupported device.
