15-95 Transfer Station Function
ƒ
The machine rejected an incoming e-mail for
transfer because the transfer function was
unavailable.

Original length exceeded
the maximum scan length
ƒ Divide the original into more than one page.
ƒ
Check the resolution used for scanning. Lower
the scan resolution if possible.
ƒ Add optional page memory.

Memory overflow while
receiving
ƒ Wait for the files in the queue to be sent.
ƒ
Delete unnecessary files from memory.
ƒ Transfer the substitute reception files to an
another fax machine, if the machine’s printer is
busy or out of order.
ƒ Add an optional SAF memory card or hard
disk.

Tx or rx job stalled due to
line disconnection at the
