ƒ The count for B/W and Color pages is done after the document is stored on the
HDD. If the job is cancelled before it is stored, the pages are not counted.
ƒ
If Scan-to-Email is used to send a 10-page document to 5 addresses, the count is
10 (the pages are sent to the same SMTP server together).
ƒ If Scan-to-PC is used to send a 10-page document to 5 folders, the count is 50 (the
document is sent to each destination of the SMB/FTP server).
ƒ Due to restrictions on some devices, if Scan-to-Email is used to send a 10-page
document to a large number of destinations, the count may be divided and counted
separately. For example, if a 10-page document is sent to 200 addresses, the count
is 10 for the first 100 destinations and the count is also 10 for the second 100
destinations, for a total of 20.).

ƒ The B/W and Color counts are done after the document is stored on the HDD of the
Scan Router server.
ƒ If the job is canceled before storage on the Scan Router server finishes, the counts
are not done.
ƒ The count is executed even if regardless of confirmation of the arrival at the Scan
Router server.
